- In case of cancellation of the reservation up to 90 days before the start of the stay, the guest has the right to a refund of 70% of the
total amount paid
- In case of cancellation of the reservation within 89-60 days before the start of the stay, the guest has the right to a refund of 40% of the
total amount paid
- If the cancellation occurs within 0-59 days before the start of the stay, Villa Hedona retains the entire payment amount
- Upon arrival, the guest presents an identity card or passport for check-in
